Terms of Service

1. The service and these terms

scrubs.careers LLC, a California limited liability company (“scrubs.careers,” “we,” or “us”), provides a career platform with healthcare job discovery, compensation information, career tools, and professional networking. These Terms govern your use of the website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. 2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in methods, and activity under your account. Do not use another person's account without authorization.

3. Plans, trials, renewal and cancellation

Paid Career and Career+ memberships are available on monthly or annual cycles. Prices and any taxes are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-disclosed billing interval unless canceled.

If a seven-day introductory trial is offered to an eligible first-time subscriber, there is no initial membership charge and the first recurring charge is due after the seven-day trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. Subscribers who do not qualify for a trial may be charged at checkout. Check the displayed checkout terms for the amount and timing applicable to your order.

You may manage and cancel an active membership through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal and access generally continues through the current paid or trial period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans. If your account is deleted, any Stripe recurring subscription is canceled immediately and your paid or trial access ends immediately, without a prorated refund. App Store subscriptions must be managed separately through Apple. Any refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Refunds for paid subscriptions remain available only if requested within the first 24 hours of the paid subscription term, including a term beginning after a free trial or a renewal; to request one, email support@scrubs.careers within that window.

Career+ includes a monthly voice allowance; optional voice add-ons may be offered at the price and validity period shown before purchase. A voice add-on is not itself a recurring membership and is not refundable. These limits do not restrict any refund rights required by applicable law. Cancellation alone does not request a refund.

4. Jobs, compensation and AI tools

Listings may come from employers, applicant-tracking systems, and approved partners. Openings, salaries, bonuses, dates, and links may change or become unavailable. We are not the employer and do not guarantee that a listing remains open, a compensation figure applies to you, or an application leads to an interview or offer. Third-party sites you visit have their own terms.

Career analyses, résumé feedback, interview practice, and voice coaching use AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Voice practice is an AI agent, not a human coach. Outputs are informational tools, not individualized employment, medical, legal, or financial advice. Review any output independently before relying on it or sending it to an employer. Do not submit patient records, protected health information, payment card details, or confidential information you lack permission to share.

5. Your content and conduct

You retain rights to the content you upload, post, or send. To provide the service, you grant scrubs.careers a limited, nonexclusive permission to store, process, and display that content to the audiences you select or that the feature requires, and to our service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having permission to share your content. Deleting a post or disconnecting someone can change future visibility, but material already viewed or copied by others may not be recoverable.

Do not impersonate others; harass, threaten or discriminate; post unlawful, misleading, or privacy-invasive material; send spam; misuse another member's information; bypass access controls; interfere with the service; or collect data through unauthorized automated means.

Members can block or report certain content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law and take appropriate steps to protect the service.

6. Platform rights and availability

The platform's software, design, and branding belong to scrubs.careers LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you. The service and its features may change, pause, or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a specific career outcome.

7. Legal rights

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit. If you have a concern about the service, contact support@scrubs.careers. These Terms do not impose an arbitration requirement, a specified dispute forum, or a contractual liability cap.

8. Changes and contact

We will post revised Terms when they change and give any notice required by law before material changes take effect. For billing or account questions, contact support@scrubs.careers. For legal questions, contact legal@scrubs.careers. Our Privacy Policy describes the personal information involved in using the service.
